Melatonin is a dietary supplement with 1 mg of melatonin per tablet. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the body that regulates the sleep-wake cycle and is produced in greater quantities, especially in the dark. With increasing age or due to factors such as shift work, travel across multiple time zones, or irregular sleep times, melatonin production can be affected.

Already 1 mg of melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Additionally, melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective jet lag sensations. For this effect, melatonin should be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.The tablets can be divided if necessary, so the dosage can be flexibly adjusted to 0.5 mg of melatonin.

With 180 tablets per dose, Melatonin is suitable for long-term use as part of a conscious sleep routine or for targeted support with jet lag.
